Creative Operations Specialist (Remote)
We are looking for Creative Operations Specialist to work closely with our account, product and engineering team to provide best-in-class creative proposal, customer success and onboarding to support our clients in Asia especially Japan.
The role requires an excellent understanding of digital creatives, design concept, animation, media plus strong communication and account servicing. It requires an ability to be highly motivated and numerate when speaking to clients, inspire them and at the same time drive innovation to product team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up creative variants based on pre-design banners templates
- Collaborate with product team, ad operations team in to ensure customer success and timely execution of campaigns.
- Setup Dynamic Creatives trackers, Reporting.
- Troubleshooting and working with design team to ensure creatives are of high quality and error-free and according to client brand guideline and specs.
- Actual creation of mockups, working with production engineer in ensuring high quality of creatives ads.
- Onboard new clients, and successfully trained them to be self sufficient.
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of client servicing, marketing and operations, preferably in creative agencies or marketing department.
- Working knowledge of in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Google Web Designer and similar design tools.
- Client relationship and management.
- Ability and experience taking proactive ownership of projects and tasks
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience and knowledge HTML5/CSS and Javascript will be plus.
