Purchasing Executive
Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare a purchasing plan of packaging materials to ensure the numbers of PO opened according to production plan and forecast
- Issue PO based on purchasing plan and price approved
- Arrange outstanding PO reports and ensure POs that have been opened are sent on time and free from defects
- Update packaging material price report to budgeting and accounting purpose
- Prepare packaging materials report monthly for purchasing plan
- Input GRR to local purchasing report based on warehouse & toller information.
- Arrange a weekly plan delivery for packaging materials based on production plan and availability of stock
- Develop a supplier selection and evaluation system based on SOP & work instructions from integrated ISO documents.
- Monitor and control the cost of packaging materials
- Develop new packaging materials and find new supplier to get competitive prices and increase productivity.
- Arrange solution of quality problems of packaging materials
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma D-3 in any discipline, preferably in Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years extensive experience related to purchasing role
- Knowledgeable in document control of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong people skills
