Social Media Specialist
Job Description :
- Building and executing social media strategy through competitive and audience research
- Managing, creating and publishing original, high quality conten on social media platforms to be responsible, setting up, optimizing each social media platforms
- Develop weekly and monthly social media calendar for Batik Benang Ratu social media channels (Instagram, Tiktok, Shopee and Tokopedia)
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, video, and news)
- Effectively provide engaging customer service on selected Social Media within set SLAs and KPIs as discussed and approved with Brand Manager
- Discuss constantly with Commercial team: SLAs & KPIs, strive to stretch goals
- Pinpoint trends and be able to recommend improvements to workflows/product and the day-to-day operations in general
- Continually evaluate B2C social media trends to make sure we're using appropriate strategies, channels, and tools
- Analyze competitors social media strategies
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Implement active campaigns to develop awareness
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports on social media marketing efforts
- Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy and campaigns for optimal results

- Min 22 Yo Max 35 Yo
- Passionate In Lifestyle, Digital, & Creative Industries
- Have Skills In Creative Thinking & Writing And Public Speaking
- Have A Great Attitude, Beginners Mind And Thirst For Learning
- Have Experience In Running Digital Ads Min 1 Years
- Up To Date With Social Media Trends
- Full Time, Work From Office, Located At Setia Budi, Semarang
