Senior Media Planning Executive
What You'll Do :
- Strategic Development: Working closely with clients to formulate and execute effective digital media strategies that harmonize with their business objectives. This encompasses comprehensive market research, data analysis, and a continuous commitment to staying abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and optimal methodologies.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Skillfully developing and managing campaign budgets, involving performance projections, judicious allocation of funds across diverse channels and tactics, and meticulous tracking of expenditures to ensure seamless adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Campaign Management: Taking charge of the orchestration of digital media campaigns alongside the Ads Optimizer team. This role entails ensuring punctual delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with client goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Leading discussions with Account teams to carve out campaign strategies and subsequently presenting these strategies to clients in a compelling manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Remaining current with the swiftly evolving landscape of digital advertising is essential. Keeping up-to-date with trends such as new product features, market pricing, and prevailing currents in the industry allows for the formulation of strategies that are consistently in tune with client needs and preferences
- Mentoring and Monitoring Junior Staff: Overseeing a team of digital media planners, this role involves offering guidance, direction, and constructive feedback to optimize team productivity. This entails defining clear goals and objectives, delivering continuous training and developmental support, and conducting thorough assessments of team performance.
Who You Are :
- Bachelor degree with 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus as a planner or performance marketing along with 2 years in supervise team (team Lead)
- Familiar with online advertising campaign in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360 and perform deep campaign analysis
- Good knowledge across Digital Marketing tools such as Google Trends, Analytics or Keyword Planner
- Experience using Slides or PowerPoint and Excel
- Critical thinking, detail oriented, team work and logical reasoning
- Passion for digital advertising and have great presentation skills
