Capex & Investment Manager
Job Responsibility :
- To coordinate the planning, implementation of projects and ensure the projects are well monitored.
- Plan and coordinate with sales, production, procurement to identify the potential market demand if the projects are going to be executed.
- Analyze the data gathered and calculate the project investment cost, commercial benefit, return on investment, payback period, etc.
- Monitoring the project timeline and budget capex utilization for each project
- Liaise with all related party to solve all issues occur during the project implementation.
- Monitor the financial performance of each business units including KSO.
- Summarize and prepare presentation
Qualifications :
- Minimum bachelor’s degree, any major from reputable University
- Minimum 2-3 year of experience in steel industry/ project/ consulting firm
- Proven experience in financial modelling
- Understanding of basic knowledge about operation and procurement
- Excellent communicator & well organized
- Fluent in basic excel, power point and reporting
