Program Engagement Associate - GoTo Impact Foundation
About the Role
You will work directly with the Senior Programs Associate and the Head of Programs. Your role is to manage program activation and collaboration efforts integral to the Catalyst Changemakers Ecosystem of GIF. You will coordinate closely with the changemakers in order to publish their innovation impacts on the relevant GIF communication channels.
You will be responsible to work with the GIF environment stakeholders including but not limited to donors, partners, tutors, mentors, changemakers and other parties relevant in order to organize targeted efforts. It will be your responsibility to prioritize, schedule, implement and manage collaborative efforts assigned to you and in collaboration with the team. From time to time, cross-functional projects - such as the GIF Innovation Day, will also require you to drive integration and partnership between teams (internally within GIF and externally amongst stakeholders).
What You Will Do :
- Plan and organize the Catalyst Changemakers Lab, Alumni Fellowship Days, webinars, showcasing events, and other activations
- Engage and manage external activation and collaboration events with stakeholders, including donors, partners, tutors - mentors, changemakers, and other stakeholders
- Successfully work in partnership with cross-functional partner teams to deliver programs and develop strong relationships across stakeholders
- Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to design, execute and track the GIF environmental commitment program communication strategy and plans
- Understand agreed-upon quality metrics for programs and how to maintain them. Apply data understanding to answer questions, validate assumptions and measure success for defined program goals and improvements
- Maintain & develop knowledge repository of programs with a focus on sustainability, communication & monitoring and evaluation
- Uses measurement and analytics effectively to bring closure to the program
- Support several projects and teams in parallel
What You Will Need :
- At least 2-3 years experience in project and communication management
- Knowledge and background in non-profit organisations are a plus
- Demonstrable track record of stakeholder engagement and management
- Able to develop communication strategy and plan preferable
- Excellent written & verbal Bahasa Indonesia and English language skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong research skills; able to synthesize large amounts of data
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
