Senior Sales Executive
Job Description :
Responsibilities :
- Manage PC distributors and IHC distributors for ID
- Ensure achievement of sales, Profit, Overdues for Surabaya (Includes Central Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Denpasar)
- Develop new customers in the above regions, especially with actives, specilalities, Products from ID for CC
- To identify new customers for the region and generate a robust sales pipeline
- Increase in CRM projects , Manage pricing and forecast together with PC and IHC Managers.
- Agree sales target for her / his customers together with PC IHC manager and align with Head of ICS ASEAN
- Implement the Strategy as per the Marketing Excellence project for Geo Expansion Indonesia
- Ensure adequate input on forecast for demand planning .
- Active support to product introduction and service initiatives, in accordance with marketing programs
- Participate in Perkosmi activities in the region to strenghten Clariant position
- Propose customer events like inhouse training, seminar, ideation day with customers
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree is Cosmetic Technology, or Degree in Chemistry/Biology/Chemical Engineering, Pharma
- More than 5 years up in relevant industry
