Operations Project Management
Job Description:
- Oversee end-to-end operational process and analyze potential improvement (process or system)
- In Charge of leading or executing project/special projects
- Support initiative from management to ensure the objectives are achieved in a timely manner
- Coordinate and maintain good communication with the internal team and external team, both local and regional to ensure the projects are delivered according to the deadline
- Create or Review materials (ex. training material, GSheet tracker) needed to meet business objectives by communicating and coordinating with local and regional stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide critical thinking and reasoning under duress
- Good communication skills, detail-oriented, have an analytical mindset, time management, and planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Individual Contributor as well as an excellent team player
- Fluent in English will be preferred due to frequent interaction with the regional teams
- Placement: Yogyakarta
