Country Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Overview: Due to rapid growth, we are seeking a talented, experienced and motivated sales professional to join our APAC team.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in digital media/advertising sales and business development. Experience in managing media agencies and liasing with brands is critical, and a knowledge of the youth market and marketing in gaming is a plus.
How will YOU contribute to the Team?
- You will provide the management and staff of TotallyAwesome Indonesia with inspiration and leadership, serving as a chief spokesperson for the organization’s vision, mission and strategic development.
- You will develop local policies and guidelines for consideration by the Executive Leadership team; work with the staff to carry out TotallyAwesome’s mission and vision, and implement its strategic plan; and provide administrative support for relevant policymaking activities.
- You will be responsible for proposing the Indonesia annual budget, to be approved by Executive Leadership Team and Board. Provide clear and strong leadership of overall financial management for TotallyAwesome, assuring good planning and reporting, and sound fiscal management.
- You will be responsible for overseeing the work of the Indonesia staff; ensuring that TotallyAwesome’s HR policies and procedures (e.g. performance reviews, training and development etc) are followed and oversee salary decisions.
- You will develop, plan and execute sales strategies to expand our client base and achieve our targets.
- You will help us understand the client's business requirements and provide relevant, winning solutions.
- You will initiate and develop relationships with key leading brands and media agencies to grow revenue from our key clients.
- You will own and exceed monthly sales targets in our Indonesia market.
- You will collaborate with the regional sales and accounts team to help you achieve targets and maximize results.
- You will own collateral management for sales and help us ensure that everything goes out the door is 100% up to date, style-compliant and reflects our product and our mission accurately.
- You will assist and prepare responses to briefs and own quality of all responses to clients.
- You will strategize using information from existing campaigns to recommend clients that will help them achieve their objectives.
- You will own production of sales collateral materials such as sales decks and inventory one pagers.
- You will work and strategize with AdOps team to understand an opportunity to upsell or move existing spend to a better performing ad unit to maximize ROI.
- You will maintain your Salesforce dashboards and transition IOs into post-sales execution with the use of the JIRA tool.
- You will ensure all aspects of the Indonesia business are running in successfully.

- You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the digital media and/or advertising field as a Sales/Commercial Lead
- You have experience and knowledge in sales, media planning, project and client management.
- You’re a self-starter, you can clearly demonstrate your ability to get things done without direct supervision and understand what it means to deliver excellence to clients
- You enjoy collaborating with a team of talented people like you.
- You are a master presenter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
