Quarry Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Direct initiatives in ensuring that production levels are maintained to schedule.
- Manage performance of production process and monitoring targets.
- Ensuring that production is in compliance with the statutory and regulatory standards, laws, and regulations.
- Monitor quarry to ensure that extraction and processing work is of the highest standard.
- Provide active leadership of safety processes and culture.
- Assess and monitor equipment and production material levels.
- Manage and regulate financial expenditures of the quarry.
- Ensure compliance with environmental safety and health policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Manage and Coach all subordinates to get maximum performance
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly mine planning and reports
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in mining / Geology / Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 year’s experience in Mining / Quarry Operations role
- Minimum 8 year’s experience in managerial roles
- Maximun 50 years old
- Expert in mining principles and processes.
- Expert in mine Design Concepts & Operations
- Awareness of Indonesian Mine operation regulatory requirements
- Certified POM
