IT Support Specialist

Semarang

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Installation and troubleshooting of antivirus software, MS Office, Outlook clients, and other softwares.
Troubleshooting all office network related issues (Router, switches, access points).
Configurating notebook/macbook, printer & scanner.
Preparing reports and dashboards using Google Workspace, Okta, and Office 365
Setting up audio/video conference.
Vendor management.

REQUIREMENTS:

A bachelor's degree in information technology is preferred
Minimum 2 years supporting corporate end-user services.
Practical experience with Windows 10/11, Mac OS, patch management, and so
on.
Sound knowledge of JIRA Service Desk.
Sound knowledge of Mikrotik, Fortinet, and other firewalls
Familiar with all kinds of IT remote help desk.
Highly motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision in a highly competitive environment
Good communication in English and Bahasa (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Willing to be placed in Semarang
