Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
- Have 1 - 2 years of experience as a recruiter/ as a Talent Acquisition
- Have experience handling end-to-end recruitment process up to Staff/ Group Leader level
- Have experience in using HRIS and job portals will be a plus
- Good communication skill
- Good time management & detail-oriented
- Max 27 years old
- Ready to work ASAP (February 2023)
- Willing to work at Samora Group (holding company), placed at Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from admin level up to supervisory level position in Samora Group HO
- Responsible for internship hiring
- Manage social media & recruitment job portals
- Maintain recruitment administration (data & filing)
- Conduct psychological test
- Attend and participate in job fairs
- Maintain good relationship with candidates & users
- Coordinate with TA Supervisor in renewing/ extending agreements with vendors related to recruitment process
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Supervisor to make improvement in TA Department

- Harap selalu berhati-hati terhadap segala bentuk tindak penipuan.
- Selalu hindari lowongan kerja yang memungut biaya saat proses rekrutmen, karena sejatinya mencari kerja adalah upaya untuk mencari dan mendapatkan upah, bukan untuk dipunguti upah.
