Surveyor Car Appraisal (Tegal)

Description

Conduct visits and surveys to customers and collect required documentation to check customer eligibility.
Thoroughly analyzing collateral condition (car or vehicle) and giving recommendations in system on the car appraisal.
Commit to the target number of visits as well as committed to SLA processing time.
Performing know-your-customer (KYC) process, document authentication, verification, and fraud detection.
Inspect and swipe the frame machine number of car (validity checking) and safely take the original BPKB to do blocking in administration service office (Samsat).
Ensuring all the documents and checking verification has completed with a good quality report.

Requirements

At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university.
Having experience minimum of 1 - 2 years as a surveyor/appraisal/analyst in financial institution.
Possess good knowledge of car condition (body, engine, interior, and exterior).
Having own vehicle (motorcycle) and able to work under target in field.
Having experience in credit or lending companies will be good.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude.
Ready to work on weekends or after office hours.
