Activation & Engagement Lead - Yayasan Anak Bangsa Bisa
What You Will Do
- Supporting the creation process of the overall marketing and communication strategy to maintain, protect, and promote the Foundation’s mission and its programmatic purpose.
- Engage with multiple stakeholders, generating insights within sustainability, environment, social economic areas to ensure YABB’s communication is relevant and meaningful, timely and strategic.
- Develop strategy & campaigns to increase awareness and recognition amongst potential and existing stakeholders including impact players on YABB’s mission in building Innovation Ecosystems. Develop and manage communication activities to engage key stakeholders (government, finance/business, science and academia, NGO/CSO) who take a role as our ecosystems advisors and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL).
- Accountable for the design, project management and execution of the entire activation strategy including identifying and handling speaking opportunities, organising and co-creating events to inspire wider stakeholders and the public to join our efforts.
- Lead the online and offline activation management, e.g. website, discussions & workshops, forums, webinars, creative events to maintain interaction and relationship among stakeholders within our ecosystems.
- Analyse the effectiveness of communication activities, including monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and improvement.
- Coordinate with agencies and partners to develop and execute the communications plan.
- Collaborate with the Goto internal team with regards to communication alignment, advertising, digital platform, social listening, research to communicate the impact of YABB to the public. This will include but not limited to ideating of relevant strategic key messages, tactical approaches to advocacy and marketing of efforts, as well as projecting and protecting the YABB and GoTo brand.
What You Will Need
- Previous role as MICE/ in event and activation /partnership/ stakeholder engagement with approximately 6-8 years of experience.
- Familiar with customer journey and customer experience, stakeholder management and marketing campaign.
- Bachelor's degree graduate preferably in communication, marketing, or related fields.
- Involvement in division/ organisation/forum/alliance in the area of sustainability would be an advantage.
- Has leadership and organisational experience, especially in managing multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
- Excellent written & verbal Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills with a strong emphasis on persuasive written and spoken communications.
- Strong commitment and ownership of own work, and ability to deliver creative solutions and initiatives on a daily basis.
- Eager to keep up with creative communication trends and stakeholder behaviours.
