Field Marketing Advisor
Location: Jakarta, JK, ID
What will you do
- Lead market marketing communications (marcom) strategy in line with BCX (Brand and Customer Experience) strategy to ensure consistency and integration in all marcom messaging towards building master brand equity.
- Develop and lead marcom plan to translate business and program objectives into actionable marcom activities.
- Contribute to the innovation and development of new solutions, tools, and techniques critical to successful implementation of business strategy.
- Served as steward for Mobil brand, ensure positioning and communications are consistently applied.
- Collaborate with research and other performance data resources (i.e., finance, sales, media agencies) to evaluate strength of brand and effectiveness of marketing plans / programs and recommend changes in marcom strategy or tactics as required.
- Ensure disciplined financial and controls management on executed plans through the development and stewardship of annual marketing calendar and marketing communications budget.
- Support use and ongoing development of owned media for example website
- Supports the execution of 1YSMP field marketing commitments.
- Responsible for Brand Integrity governance: implementation and execution of consumer site survey experience program monitoring and reporting
- Support Program Management and Sales in the effective sell-in of marketing programs.
- Contribute to annual communications plan that integrates strategic initiatives.
- Develop detailed, project-specific implementation plans for each marketing initiative.
- Prepare, share, and route for approval among stakeholders all project documentation.
- Support implementation of any activities that are a result of research findings when appropriate.

- Detail knowledge of local market, marketing strategies, tactics, tools and processes.
- Digital marketing knowledge.
- Project management skills, ability to adapt to tight deadlines and frequent changes in priorities.
- Exemplary written and verbal communications and keen attention to detail and quality.
- Analytical, with good business judgment.
- Strong financial literacy.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills with ability to guide cross functional teams.
- Good computer skills (analysis/spreadsheet management, etc.)
- Able to influence without authority.
- Strong customer service orientation.
