1. Expeditor – Offshore Division

Requirement

1. Indonesian citizen, Min. Bachelor Degree in
2. Have min 7 years’ experience in same position

4. Familiar with Supply Chain Management and PTK-007
5. Has a good communication and interpersonal skill
6. Fluent in English (both verbal and written)

2. Account Payable – Offshore Division

Requirement

1. Indonesian citizen, Min. Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent
2. Required skill(s): accounting, English Communication, MS Office.
3. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
4. Familiar with Oil and Gas / offshore EPCI company
5. Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
6. Able to work with a dynamic and multi-cultural work environment
7. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) s specializing in Finance – General/ Cost Accounting or equivalent.
8. Immediate availability (ASAP)

3. Proposal Estimator/ Commercial Coordinator

Requirement

1. Indonesian citizen, Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or in relevant major
2. Have min 7 year experience in same position, preferable experienced with Offshore project
3. Comprehend with Estimation and Projection of Scope of Work
4. Review execution plan and ensures cost can be reliably estimated in accordance with same.
5. Perform Risk Analysis.
6. Familiar with Oil and Gas / offshore EPCI company
7. Has a good leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
8. Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
9. Able to work with a dynamic and multi-cultural work environment
10. Immediate availability (ASAP)

4. Field Engineer

Requirement

1. A university degree/ professional qualification in an appropriate discipline, or equivalency in terms of particular expertise or substantial direct relevant experience.
2. Minimum of 5 years working experience offshore Project, specially installation.
3. Knowledgeable of international standards and Indonesian MIGAS regulations for inspection and certification in the oil and gas industry.
4. Strong inter-personal skills and excellent written and spoken English language communications skills.

5. Crewing Coordinator

Job Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for the overall personnel matters of the offshore crews. Assists in monitoring crew movement, transfers, probations and promotions.
2. Coordinate the travel arrangements of the offshore crew as required, which include arrangement for Medical Examination/Vaccination, visa, flights and equipment, BOSIET exemption
3. Coordinate offshore medical examination & vaccinations and the application & renewal of Certificate of Competencies, Certificate of Endorsement, work permit and visa
4. Handle all crew sign on and sign off
5. Conducts initial screening of shortlisted applicants before endorsing to technical or operational personnel for final interview
6. Plan crew changes in advance, check availability of crew and compliance of all certificates and training
7. Conducts background checking for all newly hired personnel

Requirement :

1. Max. 40 year
2. Crewing or HR related experience in Offshore Oil & Gas or Ship Management environment. Those with travel coordination and direct crewing experience will have an added advantage.
3. Very organized, able to multi-task, willing to work flexible hours, can cope well under pressure, good attention to detail.
4. Excellence in interpersonal, communication and planning skills
5. Computer literate and Can work with multi-cultural environment
6. Must have working knowledge of STCW 95 and flag state requirements

6. Procurement

Job Responsibilities :

1. Reviewing the process of Supplier Sourcing, Tender, Clarification, Bid Tabulation, Negotiation, and Winner
2. Recommendation to PO Issuance
3. Receiving, Register PR
4. Ensuring that the search process and assessment of the Supplier are going well
5. Learning and clarifying as needed with the User
6. Helping determine the evaluation results of Vendor / Subcontractor those that are in accordance with the request
7. Coordinate with the expediter to ensure that items purchased have arrived on request

Requirement :

1. Max 40 years
2. S1 Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrument, etc)
3. Have min. 3 years of experience with the same position in EPCI, Fabrication Company
4. Have good negotiation and communication skills
5. Have good knowledge of export and import procedure
6. Have knowledge of vendors and awareness to the market price/trend
7. Have experience as a Subcontractor or Buyer or Purchasing or Procurement.
8. Good command in English both written and spoken (will be preferable)
9. Computer literate
10. Good individual and team player
11. Excellent in time management and planning skills
12. Fluent in English both oral and written is a must
