Territory Sales
Description:
- Plan sales operations activities and execute the plan in an efficient manner
- Create and strengthen the relationship with the dealer/partner
- Develop mutual benefits among all stakeholders to achieve common purposes
- Perform competitor benchmarking by having a view through the eyes of the competitors to understand the competitor's movement and market trend
- Review and propose financial solutions for a better partner profitability
- To be persistent in selling and able to persuade the potential customer
- Develop a "winning" mentality and persistence in achieving the company's goal
- Resolve conflict through win-win engagement
- Act as a role model for others and be able to mentor and coach subordinates whenever required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any major discipline
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the sales field or has a passion for sales
- Good understanding of sales, distribution, market, and competitive analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
