Safety Reps Night Shift
Gresik, 12 months
- Working in Mining – International Project
- Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety, OR
- Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety, OR
- Some postsecondary education and 10+ years of experience in health & safety or field construction plus 5+ years of health and safety experience in the construction industry, including three years in a supervisory capacity
- Fluency in English and Bahasa
- Ability to research and analyse information of considerable difficulty and draw valid conclusions
- Skill in effective communication, both verbal and written, including the ability to actively listen and to adapt behaviour and communication style based upon the audience
- Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions
- Skill in developing and implementing safety practices, and recognizing, controlling and/or eliminating hazards
- Ability to build trust and credibility with employees/peers and establish common goals and expectations
- Experience with metal mining construction projects, especially with regards to safety
