Sales Execution Executive Zone 5
Responsibilities & expectations:
- Plan monthly and weekly activity (5-day week)
- Briefing- training- coaching and evaluate TL and MD during field visits
- Monitor and control operational agency in area
- Coordinate with sales team in the case of out of stock product;
- Delivering and monitoring campaigns to be well implemented and in maximum result
- Responsible for data & report requested by sales team.
- Responsible to share insight from routine market visit and activity
- Establish and maintain good relations with the store management
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree of any major
- Min 2 years of working experiences in sales FMCG
- Experience in a relevant industry preferable household goods- fast-moving consumer-goods (FMCG)- retailers
- Experience analyzing and identifying trends to plan against results
- Able to do P&L mapping- budget control & evaluation
- Have a strong knowledge of target area
- Understand Sales & Marketing (trade segmentation- execution standards- retail dynamics- competitive playgrounds- project planning and revenue cost management
- Have a strong drive & high energy (get jobs done attitude)- hands on and pragmatic- independent and proactive
