Business Development Manager (BDM)
Job Description:
- Managing distributor to achieve sales target & sales growth, excellent distribution and develop high productivity
- Assist Regional Sales Manager to execute sales strategy, order plan, sales plan and achieve company target & business objective
- 80% time spend in field, coaching, monitoring, development and ensure operational excellent
- Excellent in designing PJP, Territory Management and control
- Ensure excellent implementation of national trade marketing program
- New Open Outlet (NOO) Acquisition, both of General Trade (GT) and Local Supermarket (MTI)
- Continuously conduct asset tracking in order to avoid any missing asset or unproductivity asset in the future
- Able to provide required data and information as per deadline, as well as to analyze them for further improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any fields
- Computer literate, MS office advance & good presentation skills
- Good english profeciency. English is a MUST
- Min. 3 years as Head of Area (HOA) / Area Sales Supervisor at FMCG
- Max. 35 years old
- Knowing well the territory applied and has experience working in area applied
