Country Sales Manager - Indonesia
Key Responsibilities include:
- Sales & Profitability: Achieve sales and profitability targets for the assigned territory in Indonesia. You will also be responsible for cash targets.
- Relationship Management: Support and collaborate with dealers and ensure their needs are met. Monitor purchase patterns and behaviours and manage reviews and expectations on performance to ensure high share of wallet.
- Business Expansion / Growth: Work with partners to identify opportunities in various channels to promote the company's various brands.
- Market Surveillance: Provide timely and regular feedback on industry / competitive actions and trends as well as overall economy development.
- Managing internal & external stakeholders: Collaborate closely with both internal & external customers including marketing functions to launch new products as well as to determine local marketing campaigns that maximises the company's brand awareness
Experience:
- 8 years experience working independently and proven record of achieving sales targets and delivering business development growth concurrently.
- Past exposure in a MNC environment
- Experience in managing strategic key accounts with stakeholder engagement at CXO level
- University Degree
- Open to travel for business around 10% in a year
