Sales Supervisor
Job Description:
- Responsible for achieving the target area who have been set by direct superior
- Manage distributors to carry out their duties and responsibilities so as to be able to achieve the budget given by superiors
- Managing and developing a team of staff ( SPR, SPO and Distributors Salesmen)
- Ensure all activities planned by direct superior can run in accordance with the objectives or targets that have been set
- Ensuring that the sub-ordinate (SPR, SPO) makes and runs the itinerary and activity plan in accordance with what has been determined
- Ensuring the distribution of products in the area can be well distributed and establish regular and potential outlet relationships as well as develop business growth, especially in the Star Outlet / Ambassador outlet on an ongoing basis (vertical or horizontal growth)
- Provide weekly sales reports and marketing conditions (price competitors, competitors movement, growth, etc)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree from any major and reputable university.
- Preferably has experience in the building material industry in the retail and project segment
- Preferably lives in the local area or willing to move there.
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa
- A good attitude is a must
