Supervisor Transport Service (Surabaya)
Your ‘day to day’
Financial:
- Ensure all transactions are properly reviewed and validated in term of data accuracy and on-time submission, include PO submission, GR process and product damage claim
- Provide financial support for actual cost reclassification to respective cost center and prepare cost planning (accrual, RF/OB)
Productivity:
- Govern productivity, to drive stages increase, consultation, plan RF/OB and manage to input/update into PLM system and financial tracker
- Participate in project productivity, to provide transportation data, calculation and as an expertise
Transport System:
- Manage master data in Transport Order Management system (TOM) such as distance, price, location/route, include user access input/update
- Join global project for OSLO (one solution for logistics optimization)
Reporting & Analysis:
- Provide and analyze KPI Logistics and Distribution report with truck fill rate, carbon footprint, crash rate, safety security
- Responsible for KPI vendors report, to collaborate with transport operational team to analyze and data support
- Provide report to support customer analysis e.g. Non FG transportation analysis, truck vs train
Who we’re looking for
- Having a minimum bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of experience preferably in reporting or analysis role
- Fluent in writing and speaking both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong reporting and analyzing skills
- Fluent in Ms. Office application (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel)
- Excellent communication skill
