Inventory Manager
Responsibilities:
- Establish, manage, and deploy inventory KPI's as well as regular task to inventory team on site to meet the target in daily, weekly and monthly such as physical accuracy, book to book reconciliation, damage handling and managing inventory risk
- Collaborate with operation and inventory team on site to conduct improvement ; correction, corrective and preventive action for any inventory issue related
- Conduct regular audit to project to ensure inventory KPI's align with the target
- Conduct development program to develop skill of inventory team project's
- Involve and collaborate with Project Management team to review and assess concept of operation new project
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree; Economic, industrial engineering is preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in inventory in the same industry is preferred
- At least 3 years of management responsibility
- Have skill and knowledge in problem solving method conduct training program
- Have skill and knowledge of inventory and warehouse management system (IMS & WMS)
- Having good leadership and influencing skills
- Willing to work in mobility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including good facilitation skills
- Highly organized, process focused, detail-oriented, analytics and proactive problem solving
- Good computer skills, including spreadsheets, databases, and word processing using applications such as Microsoft Office for tracking, analyzing, and communicating related data
- Ability to be flexible and work effectively within a dynamic matrix organization with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in multi-cultural environment with all levels within the country organization
