As part of our team, you will:
- Accountable for overall NPO business and project management including operational objective achievements for his/her projects and other initiatives which outcome of annual planning process or business decisions, customer interface & internal stakeholders management, including dependency management within projects and among all stakeholders.
- Accountable for project planning and execution adherence towards customer contract (not more and not less) and adherence to NPO processes and/or other applicable service portfolio delivery processes he/she is supporting, e.g. Digital Network Design processes
- Driving of cost adherence & improvement actions to secure sales margin (SM), revenue, and up/cross-selling.
- Supports in pre sales as extensions on the current contract
- Drive ProAPTive NPO initiatives in the respective customer account.
You have:
- Min. bachelor's degree in technological industries
- Proven experience with Senior Management and CX level engagements.
- Proven experiences in managing Network Planning and Optimization Programs and Projects e.g. as Project Manager
- Prior industry experience and up-to-date knowledge of relevant trends.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Holds valid PMP® certification or equivalent (PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, etc.)
- Pre-sales in RAN or NPO Services Experience
