Responsibilities Check proof of payment from customer transactions from source of proof of payment (Gform, ARform, DurianPay, Slack) Check mutations from each transaction receipt via bank transfer or payment channel Verify the payment in the system if it matches the proof of payment and the nominal billing (paid) Input payment paid to incoming sheet Requirements Diploma's / bachelor's degree At least 1 years experience in a similar role Strong in math, typing, and computer skills especially with excels & spreadsheets Excellent communication, research, problem-solving Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete
