- Monitoring pre-alert documents from Origin
- Coordinate import permit & delivery arrangements with back-end / Operations team
- Track and monitor flight arrivals and update Customers if any deviations
- Handle all customers' enquiries timely and effectively
- Work closely with internal operations to meet customer’s requirements
- Ensure compliance with customer’s Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure on time inward manifest submission to Customs.
- On time invoicing & send after import docs to client.
- Meet all KPI’s assigned.

- Have at least 1 year experience as an operation in Logistics & Transportation Industry.
- Have educational background in supply chain, logistics, transportation is preffered.
- Have proficiency in English.
- Have experienced in handling export/import.
- Ready to join as soon as possible.
