Sourcing and Key Account Manager
Responsibility:
- Own and execute strategic sourcing and vendor selection based on what our company and customers’ needs.
- Developing a network of contacts, identifying and reaching out to potential merchant or suppliers.
- Acquiring fabrics based on forecasted trend and customers’ request as well as inputting and managing data inventory.
- Maintaining relationship with merchant and evaluate performance and areas of opportunity.
- Manage the end-to-end sourcing cycle including planning, sourcing, procurement, RFQ processes, negotiation, issuing purchase order and payment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields. A proven 2-year work experience in sales or sourcing and procurement preferably in supply chain, textile or fashion industry.
- Excellent and communication skills focused on improving collaboration, understanding, and information exchange across all stakeholders Knowledge of supply chain and warehouse management system Ability to adapt and learn new things within a fast-paced environment.
- Work in a highly organised and efficient manner, with great attention to detail and responsiveness.
