Your ‘day to day’
- Support the deployment of OPEN+/IWS across the factory in line with PMI OPEN+ Strategy
- Consolidate and align IOS/IWS deployment coordinating RTT affiliate teams and Pillars teams
- Monitor the impact of OPEN+/IWS deployment in what concerns capability building and business impact.
- Act as a member on the 4 IWS pillars maximum, training and coaching all employees.
- Work with close relationship with communication representative in the design and implementation of the factory OPEN+/IWS communication strategy.
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia are mandatory, both written and verbal
- Deep knowledge in IWS (FI Pillar/loss elimination will be priority)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Technical High School
- Able to use Microsoft Office applications, mainly Word, Excel, & Presentation
