Migo launched in Indonesia in 2020. Migo’s initial product is sachet passes providing customers access to entertainment and education at convenient neighborhood clouds (aka Migo Download Stations/MDS). Migo today has more than 1,000 locations covering over 20 million Indonesians.
In September 2021, MNC Vision Networks (MVN), a subsidiary of leading media conglomerate MNC Group, invested $40 million for a minority stake in Migo Indonesia, accelerating Migo Indonesia’s rollout to reach 100 million Indonesians across Java by end of 2022.
Prior to the investment, Migo Indonesia became the core distributor of Vision+ (MVN’s OTT) content, by launching Vision+ on Migo to deliver a tailored experience to offline consumers.
In addition to its cornerstone partnership with Vision+, Migo Indonesia also carries entertainment content from a range of top local and international producers, and education content from the best Indonesian EdTech players, as well from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology.
This role is responsible for managing Migo Host (Mitra Migo) on administration related and maintaining the Host Hotline to address their concerns. The Host Administration Support will be in close coordination with the finance team, trade marketing team and SME (Store Management & Engagement) and will be supporting the implementation of team’s key activities. You will capitalize on your experiences, ability to well organized, and can-do attitude to be successful in the role.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and consolidate of all Migo Host partnership documents efficiently and accessible, and upload to the system
- Manages Migo Host Hotline to monitor, listen and respond to all concerns from our Hosts and escalate accordingly, close coordination with SME
- Manages and monitor disbursement process for Hosts and coordinate with related stakeholder for cash collection
- Coordinate with RTM team and related stakeholder to understand any update regarding Host accounts
- Help to escalate SME concern on the ground (tools and concerns)
- Organize and maintain the flow of Warung Migo end to end process on the system
- At least 2 years work of experience in administration function, preferably with experience managing petty cash and customer service
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma course
- Able to quickly build rapports with Hosts (responds politely and is quick to empathize with their needs)
- Highly organized and detailed-oriented; with demonstrated ability to deliver quality results
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quick-turnaround environment
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Advanced proficiency in written/oral English and Bahasa Indonesia
