Agronimist Development
Responsibilities:
- Identify agricultural cultivation problems
- Analyze problems related to the production process and plant cultivation
- Provide advice and develop an action plan in relation to R&D in order to achieve the expected production potential targets
- Contribute in the form of recommendations for solving horticultural cultivation problem
- Provide training and technical assistance for horticultural cultivation to field workers
- Develop a Standad Operational procedures (SOP) related to he technical implementation cultivation and controlling of the results of field analysis and other related research
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (Agronomy, Plant Diseases, Plant Diseases Pests, Agrotechnology)
- Minimum 3 years experience as an Agronomist of Field Assistant, preferable in the field horticultural cultivation (chili, potatoes, onion)
- Have knowledge and accustomed to doing research on plant pests and diseases as well as seed technology
- Have knowledge of horticultutal cultivation techniques, soil analysis & fertilization recommendations
- Have good critical and analytical thinking skills
- Have interpersonal, management, organizational and observation skills
- Proficient in communicating to present something complicated to a simpler way using variety of infographics
- Willing to be placed in Lippo St. Moritz, West Jakarta
- Willing to do a business trip
