Area Sales Manager (Depok) - MOKA
What You Will Do:
- Lead, guide, and mentor at least 10-15 team members, empowering them to enhance their sales skills so that they can offer solutions that address our merchant partners' pain points
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to plan and execute sales strategies
- Monitor and deliver sales targets with the use of CRM, Google Sheets, and Data Studio
- Support team members in negotiating and answering difficult questions from potential customers
What You Will Need:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales leadership or sales management roles
- Strong experience in sales and merchant acquisition
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in order to achieve the merchant acquisition targets, and to collaborate with partners and colleagues of all levels.
- Strong leadership experience in order to lead, mentor, and grow a high-functioning team
- Good proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Prior experience working at a startup or tech company is a plus
- Harap selalu berhati-hati terhadap segala bentuk tindak penipuan.
- Selalu hindari lowongan kerja yang memungut biaya saat proses rekrutmen, karena sejatinya mencari kerja adalah upaya untuk mencari dan mendapatkan upah, bukan untuk dipunguti upah.
